You's probably seen my picture in the papers.
Looks bit different now I does.
Big fella then like.
Once done lot of adverts
for Board on the tele.
Today though, things changed.
Can't stick jobs anymore.
Nerves shot see.
All started
when Dad managed to talk
six of us onto shift
at the Ellington.
Laugh it was really,
cos we's on holiday with the club
at the time.
Mum was furious.
So it goes, years seem to shoot by.
But I wasn't laughing last time
I's down the pit.
Cos after 15 hours solid graft
I only came up with
me best mates arms.
Didn't want my pictures
in papers then.
Trust me.
